JOHN MARLIN

Microsoft Senior Program Manager

I have been with Microsoft since April 1992 (28+ years) and was in the original Cluster (Wolfpack) Group that started with Windows NT4 Service Pack 3. I have served in many roles in my time here at Microsoft, most of which involved support. Chances are, if you ever called in to Microsoft regarding Failover Clustering, I either fielded the call or was involved in some capacity. So i can get down and deep into Windows and, especially, Failover Clustering pretty quick. I am a troubleshooter by trade and never want to lose that technical aspect. In my current role as a Senior Program Manager, i am responsible for shaping (or helping shape) the future of Failover Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, Storage Replica, and Cluster Sets with the High Availability and Storage Team.
